DIY : Bronze & Turquoise Link Bracelet

Bronze and turquoise is a favorite summer color combination and quite diachronic at that, especially in jewelry.
This project is great for summer and very easy to make as a bracelet or a necklace.
You can of course use any other color you'd like :)

You will need:
 - large bronze links
- turquoise craft paint and paint brush
- clear craft varnish
- bronze jump rings and a clasp
- pliers

Measure the diameter of the links and your wrist to determine how many links you will need for your bracelet. If you want to make a necklace just measure how long you want it to be.
Place your links on piece of paper or a newspaper so that you don't stain your working area.

Using your brush start painting the links leaving a small area unpainted. You can simply hold each link between your fingers and paint around them.
Leave to dry according to the paint's instructions and apply a second coat if needed.
Afterwards apply a coat of varnish and let them dry again.
Once they are dry start connecting the links with the jump rings.
When you have connected enough links according to your measurements attach the clasp on one end and a couple of jump rings on a link at the other end.
Enjoy your new bracelet :)

Hope you like it!
xoxo
